Shipping FAQ's

Shipping: Orders are generally Processed within 1-2 BUSINESS days after placing order and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking# if available. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. UPS packages are not delivered on weekends. USPS may deliver on Saturdays. Warehouse hours are MONDAY – FRIDAY 9am-4pm (eastern).
Exchanges/Returns: Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase Artpedaler.com., you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase. Be sure to contact Artpedaler.com via [email protected] to get a RETURN/EXCHANGE form and return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Artpedaler.com address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange and/or refund.
